Warranty

We offer a one year warranty on The Road Warrior Max™ Plate Kit and a one year limited warranty on the Ghostplate 2.0 film only. Should you have any issues with your Ghostplate product, please contact us immediately at sales@ghostplate.com. Do not discard the box or any of the original packing material. All parts and accessories must be included with the original packaging. If the Road Warrior Max™ plate or conditioning unit (electronics) is altered or modified in any way, the warranty is null and void.  

Returned merchandise must be sent via prepaid freight. We suggest returns to be shipped via ground shipping. COD and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted. Contact us prior to shipping a return product for specific shipping instructions.

Please allow up to fourteen days for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse, delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item. Your original method of payment will be credited as soon as possible after your return is processed and approved or, if you prefer, we will replace your GHOSTPLATE™ with a replacement product. 

 All sales are final.
